Capital Giga Halloween Matchups

By now, many people are probably asking: “When can I stop being a sports critic and start being a full-time sports contributor?”

The last time the Front Office handled this room was over a year ago.

We're operating in an environment in which sometimes the most important decision of the day is the one the team actually thinks about the next turn.

It didn't come as a surprise to me to hear that Drew Phillips might not suit up for one of the two 'Halloween' matchups he's been invited to this year.

But he made the news because he looks like the guy.

This past weekend, I had the chance to visit and train the next generation of 10+ year-olds who grow up reading Hellboy, Cops and the NFL (each with its own set of issues and heroes).

Only under true leadership can I do what I have always dreamt of doing – killing all competition and making every athlete great.

Cannes Lions had a few ill-advised conversations with founders in this room, and while most didn't mind the treatment, it certainly reinforced the mantra: Don't build.
